February went by in a blur as we've been building out our PoS solution, integrating new partners, and showcasing our technology in Barcelona. With PoS being our top priority, the Wanchain team continues our hard work to provide the best solution possible. Our research paper to set come out by end of March 2019. We also expanded on many of the milestones in our updated roadmap for 2019, our VP of Engineering was appointed as The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance’s Head of China, and we have held a presentation of Wanchain Mobile Wallet at Mobile World Congress’s 4YFN. Enterprise Ethereum Alliance Expands Presence in Asia; Appoints Blockchain Expert Dr. Weijia Zhang to Lead China Office
NEW YORK and BEIJING — Feb. 13, 2019 –Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) announced today the opening of its regional office in China and the appointment of Dr. Weijia Zhang, Wanchain’s Vice President of Engineering, as the EEA’s Regional Head. The new office will assist EEA members in China in leveraging the EEA’s standards, working groups, and resources to achieve business results.
A Double-Click on Wanchain’s 2019 Roadmap
2018 was a monumental first year for the Wanchain team, having delivered the three major product releases laid out in our original whitepaper including Wanchain 3.0 in December. In 2019, we’re putting our foot on the gas pedal, and an even more productive year is well underway. Below we expand on many of the milestones in our roadmap, and will also add some additional insights about our other plans for the year.
